god that sucks man... not much u can do about that... even with that set, the 8s are calling u all the way..

That is rough...running into trip 8's too, and even that person got sucked out. I've seen that all two often at online poker tables they will risk everything purely on a flush draw...thinking they have a good chance of hitting it.

I don't think UTG+1's play was THAT bad. He's got almost a 40% chance to win the hand.

I've seen some moves a hundred times worse than that so I agree with Mr. McJ that the play wasn't that bad. Still, that's a really tough way to lose.

he also had a gutshot and two overcards to the board....and also there's a HUGe difference between calling am all in and pushing yourself. UTG+1's play is pretty good here.
