3 diamonds on flop, you only have a pair (no diamond). Yea, calling the all in was pretty dumb.
I'm not saying he's any better, technically he was bluffing with his all in, but terrible call by you all the same.

To be blunt, this hand is pretty bad.
Your flop bet is screaming "I DON'T HAVE A DIAMOND AND I WANT TO END THIS HAND NOW!!!" A $2 bet on the flop would have probably made him fold. He made a good read (you don't have a diamond) and acted on it. His push is ridiculous as a $16-$24 bet should have been enough to make you fold but your call here is 10 times worse than his push. You're less than a 60% favourite here and you could have been a lot worse as he could easily be holding a set, 2 pair or the made flush already.

Ah not the way he was playing, but I agree bad call on my part. I doubled up through him later when I made a flush lol.
