Default What do you do on a break?

For the last week or so I have been taking a break from poker. I have not been able to win many hands. I am having my good hands eithe rmiss flops or get cracked. However, I knew that these times would come and I mentally prepared for it. I was doing alright until this happened:

I am down at the local card room playing the 2-8 spread limit game. The table I am at doesn't have any players that I am afraid to play with, except one uber tight player who can switch it up if he senses weakness, I usually avoid hands w/ him unless I have a premium hand. To my left is a guy who raises or plays every hand. He raises post flop ALOT and I think he is bluffing plenty of pots. He keeps saying something to the effect of "let's gamble" then he raises. I have not seen him show down when he shows this, I am pretty sure he is bluffing.

At about 8, some joker walks and and lays 300 on the table (the average stack here is like 100, it's a pretty friendly game). All of a sudden he starts putting out 100 dollar straddles, 40 dollar blinds. Not only is he essentially destroying the limit game because everyone elected to go w/ Over chips, he is also a trash talker. He is SUPER transparent in the way he plays. He plays very LAG (but BAD LAG) he checks then calls when he misses, he will open raise or check raise when he is strong. I have yet had a chane to play against him, because my pocket cards are pretty crappy. A few players (one new guy who is pretty good) tangle and take some off of him.

Now he puts a 120 dollar live straddle on this hand:

I am in the BB w/ about 100
He is probably the CO - It won't matter I will have to AI to call.

He straddles and w/o looking at his cards checks, it has folded to me. I have AQs. It's a MONSTER against 2 random cards right? I call and go AI.

He flips over pocket rockets. I lose.

I bought in again and went on tilt. I started playing timid or stupid aggressive.

So my question is, what do you do on your poker break?
