Its that kind of crap that annoys us. We have NOT been at his throat the whole time. Read his first thread. You will see why everyone got annoyed with him from the start. We do haze people a little when they first get here, but most everyone fits in just fine, as long as they understand how things work.

can you explain what he did wrong? apparently he said a few things at the start that made him come across as a "knowitall" but since then he hasn't been like that, just made constructive comments here and there.
