If you know you have a problem, why do you go back for more? Not trying to be an A$$ but I've been there myself.... Losing is part of the game, but if it's habitual losing because of bad play then maybe you need to try a different approach..
I had my ass handed to me more than a few times in the last week because of BAD suckouts and fishy calls from bad players. I took a step back, bought (registered) PT and spent hours analyzing my leaks and sat back down. It is AMAZING to go back over hand histories and see OH SHIT, what in the HELL was I thinking calling that bet, or why in the hell have I been playing these hands this way..
After I did some soul searching and analyzing I was up $170 yesterday playing .05/.10 until I moved up to .25/.50 and had some jackass call a $20 PF reraise with me holding KK and him holding Ax rag off suit, I flopped a set, he picked up a 2 outer straight draw, I pushed, he made a bad call and caught a runner runner for a straight to take a $100 pot... Yeah it PISSED me off, but an hour later I was back even and finished up the night up almost $200... I could go on and on and on about the things I've learned playing low limits online (I play $2/$10 limit or $2/$5 NL live) but once you figure out why the guys sitting at a $10 max buy-in table have $300 in chips and are sitting there, it all makes sense..
Bad beats happen and trust me I've had my share, but the more and more I looked at my "bad beats" they were self inflicted. BUT, my suggestion is if your not happy at riverstars (as I also was because of the VERY loose play and habitual routine river suckouts) then move to a different site, analyze your game and move on and upwards or take a break and DONT PLAY!
Like I said, I've been in your shoes so I know what I'm talking about, be honest enough with yourself to accept that you have a problem, and be realistic about what needs to be done to fix it and you'll be a whole lot better off!!!
