Yes, of course. Risk the reputation of a multi-million dollar enterprise by rigging the deck to earn extra rake on a .05/.10 table.

Maybe you just suck.
I seem to win a good amount on Dream Poker and so does Rehan, just look at his glory corner posts. The play there is fishy and loose.
So look, first hand, you got burned, yes. But you shouldn't be in there and your idiot-end straight is going to get beat by 89 a lot.
Second hand, when you know you're best on the flop, BET MORE! If your bets aren't driving out the bad hands, BET MORE!!

you know they call it the "idiot end" of the straight for a reason.

The difference between 43 suited and 43 off is so small and that the difference does NOT necessarily make the hand playable. And this is a perfect example of why you do not want to play these types of hands. Sure you can flop a strong hand, such as a straight, but it's pretty hard to flop the nuts with 34 (suited or not.)
Playing marginal hands in holdem is probably the toughest thing to do. I would just recommend tightening up your game and waiting for the stronger hands until your game improves.

my game is sometimes quite tight and also sometimes quite loose which is why i do lose these hands, this is what i need to learn. i do wait and play very few selected hands. but lets talk about the pocket jacks, i flopped a third and my bet of 1.50 or 2 bucks what ever it was was too low you say? this was on a 0.05/0.10 cent table and y chip count was about 10 bucks icoulda gone all in but surely doing that will not make u much money cuz people will generally fold to this type of bet???

1: It is not rigged.
2: You are most likely not that great of player
3: Bad beats will happen to you. They will happen frequently, and they will hurt. This happens to everyone. The game of poker is "rigged" like that.

im not that much of a great player, as you can see from these 2 example hands and yes bad beats do happen to me, but what i need to do is try and stop these bad beats from happening as often, cuz ive invested a fair amount of dollaer into the game and only got back dribs and drabs, im still playing the low low limit tables and i know that my best game can benefit me coz ive done it many times and profited from it, i just wanna ask you peeps on here who are obviously more experienced in the game as i am that when you was in this type of situation what did you all do???
how do you go from being mediocre at poker to good at poker?

2nd hand with the Jacks:
On the turn the pot is $5.50; there are 2 hearts and a possible str8 on the board. This is where you need to get aggressive and drive off the chasers. You bet $2, which is only about 1/3 of the pot. You should bet closer to a pot sized bet. If the guy has a smaller set, AA-QQ or 2 pair, he is likely going to pay you off. If he has a draw, he will either make a (long-term) mistake by calling or he will fold.
Folding is good. You don't have to show down every good hand.
