Rog - go out, gamble, drink stupid amounts of alcohol and visit strip clubs. Repeat for 1 month until you realise actually you want your girlfriend back and go and try to patch things up.

Look on the bright side Rog, you have plenty of time ahead of you, plus in the future it'll be with girls who actually know what they're doing when you fool around.

this can happen at any age 
i couldnt count the number of times when i was growing up that i thought i was in love and got my heart broken and of course, thought that i broke hearts.......then you get moved to sit beside another girl in school/college and life is all great again and love is in the air again
when i was 14, i cried myself to sleep for 2 weeks running just cos my "one true love" went over to Disneyland for a few weeks holidays with her family......she came back and i couldnt figure out why i was bothered 
even now, im living with my gf and i still cant figure whether id cry every night if she decided to go to Disneyland 
thing is, is that if we all lived happily ever after with our first love, we would miss on a whole load of exciting and fun times (there are exceptions of course, but i wouldnt trade those years for anything  )
