if the table is $2/$4 NL a full table how much money should I bring into the table the minimum and maximum?!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
I am a bit confused when it comes to the right bet amount. I heard that you must bet with a consistent amount whether your bluffing or betting for value to keep your opponents guessing on what cards you have so how much should I be betting should it be 4 times the BB?! 6 times the BB!? 2/3 of the POT!? or in general what situations calls for betting 4 times the BB betting 6 times the BB or betting 2/3 of the pot.
As you can tell I am a newby and a play tight aggressive (well try to be). I hope you guys can help me out

Usually you bring 100xBB. But more or less depending on skill/affordability/comfortableness.
You want 20 x buyins for that limit, so proper bankroll management would be $8,000, $400 buy in each time for 20 times.

Eh, I usually sit with $200 or $250 and run it up. Anything $2/$4 under at a casino is a joke freeroll type of donkfest game.

I don't play live (yet), but I would try to bring as close to the maximum as possible and a reload or two.

If it's a casino, they should have $1/$2 or the ungodly $1-$1 all in fest. If you can find a $1/$2, sit with 300, the max, and you'll be fine. Play tight and people will literally hand you $100's of dollars with garbage.

Is 150bb standard for live cash? I really ought to give it a shot one of these days.

Well, the min is 20xBB and the max 200xBB. I like the max, but I play for pennies.
I've heard a solid raise is 3xBB+1BB per limper. So, $2/$4 table with 3 limpers would be: $12 + $12 = $24

Bring Atleast 100bbs, if there are weaker players who have more, try to cover them!

I always sit in with 100 bbs. If you are properly bankrolled and feel like you have an edge on the table, you will be missing out on value by sitting in with less.
