    Default Played ok?

SB is running 63/46/40 over 60 hands, and has a No Fold % of 45. Should I bet more on flop/ turn? The river I am sure is a check/fold. I really didn't think he was that strong on turn, but I was fairly confident that he had some Ax hand and was just pealing me each street.

This is a good check. You may be able to get value from some hands but it's unlikely and your hand isn't that strong so you may be losing.

You played that hand very good except the river I think. You should just value bet the river again, he only have 0.50$ behind and a almost 2$ pot, he could have her so much more the Ax. He hasn't give you any reason to you are beat.
A player like that could have T9, JT, J8, Q9, Q8, 56, 78, ... So keep valuebetting your hands, he just keeps on calling. And make notes on how he playes his hands for future readings.

That suggestion even helped me as well.
