    Default Using the check raise.

Villian is pretty TAA, almost rockish. Vpip 14, PFR: 7 AFq 48, AF: 2.82. I really didn't want to scare this guy away. Comments?

I like this. Without facecards, I don't really think the flop is very good for the villain. I see why you checkraised the turn, it hits his range hard he's likely to bet.
I don't think he has a set ever on the river, QQ wouldn't make sense, and he would 3bet the turn with AA. So you got the nuts here and some money in the middle I say.

I lead the flop in this spot. With those stats he's either got 2 overs or a pair, so he's not folding to a $.05 bet with $.42 in the pot EVER! And he is likely raising, so I think you can 3-bet here and your hand looks like Top Pair or maybe 66/77/99. Regardless he is coming along

I think playing the flop fast is the way to go so your hand looks much weaker than it actually is. ou'll also get some good info on whether he does have 2-overs or a big pair which will be helpful if a big card hits the turn

I probably check-raise the turn, making it look like I fear the Ace, and then either lead the river (90% of the time) and occasionally try the ultra-tricky 'two street check-raise'

OOP you're really never going ot get max value from a nit unless he gets coolered like he did.

Good points steve.... In hindsight, I think there was a slight case of FPS.
