I have no reads on anyone. I limp in because I am OOP with KQ. I check the flop with intention of check-raising to identify if someone hit the flush.

I'd half pot it here, maybe less, you want callers, as I think you're ahead. I don't think anybody has the flush, you woulda seen more action on the turn. But I like the limp from the sb. best way to play those type of hands.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

I don't see any issues with your play up to the point of your question: I'd make a standard value bet on the end. Personally I think you're more likely to get called with a 2/3 - 3/4 size bet, since this could represent a wide range of hands like Qx, a flush, a set, a missed draw, or total air --Where 1/2 pot or smaller looks like you are begging for a call with a flush or making a blocking bet with a top pair type hand --it just doesn't have that bluff quality to it the way the hand played out, it looks like exactly what it is A Value Bet.
So, I think a bet of about $.30 accomplishes two things:
#1 you get more value than a $.20 bet
#2 I think you get paid off more often by Kx, Qx, and even a Ac7x/Ac5x making a hero call -- but this is debatable, so my main reason is point #1
