The blinds are 1$/1$/2$ (the button puts 1$ out) and its 4$ to call.
I've been making good plays and have 3x the buyin in front of me. People are commenting how solid my game is.
I'm in the CO and get AA (clubs/spades) and there are 2 limp callers. I Raise it to 12$. I get SB/BB and a middle position caller.
SB/BB are new players and are playing loose games. Middle position is playing tight passive.
Flop is 3s 4s 6d. check, check, middle position bets out 20$
I call, SB BB fold.
turn is 6c
Middle position fires out 60$ quickly. He has about 100$ behind.
After a long deliberation, I fold. I put him on a set (33 or 44) hence the preflop limp.
I really don't think he had a high pocket pair, but I did put him on a pocket pair. Maybe a 6.
Your thoughts?

Yeah I think he did hit a set. But that depends on your reads. If he was tight passive then it most probably was a set. Your betting style is really new to me though. So with this betting style, if you just limp in with $4 then the big blind always has to bet to see the flop? And what if he goes heads up with the small blind? Does the SB have to bet just $1 or $3? That seems interesting.

Its a funky betting style for sure. For anyone its 4 to go so yes, the BB must put an additional 2 dollars to see a flop. SB puts 3 additional dollars as does the button.
I keep thinking about this hand. I know I was playing at 110% that day and was making good calls and good lay downs. I have to assume that I made a good one here but it still bugs me not knowing what he had. Ya know?
