I would have lead out on the flop. If raised go into pot control mode. If called try and get 1 more street of value - either on the turn or the river.
Depending on villian this could be Kx, club draw or a set.
In a vacuum - which this is - raised pot against a 3/4 stack - TPTK is pretty fairly strong on this board and once you ch/r him you are calling 100% of the time.
If you just call flop and he bets pot on turn you either fold or commit to the hand for stacks because if you call Turn you really have to call river because of all the Kx hands he is value betting
