this hand seems standard to me but can we discuss this

Pretty standard to me, however in my experience I would just 3bet preflop and look to get allin at this level. At NL10 with 100bb I see no reason (without reads) not to get allin preflop with this hand.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

You CAN 4-bet and they may or may not fold. It's not a bad play, in my opinion, to see the flop in this case to make sure you hit it and it's not a scary looking board (no obvious straights or flushes). You have to figure your hand is pretty good here (top pair, top kicker). You can't really do anything about someone hitting a little baby set on you. It happens. You couldn't even fold if you wanted to at this point because you didn't have enough money behind to fold. If you both had deeper stacks, you may have been able to sniff out a potential set by 4th or 5th street, but you still would have stuck a decent amount of money into it.

Don't really like 4betting; it's probably slightly +EV (you do have AKs after all) but I don't think it's optimal. Then again, I have no idea what the NL10 games are like, so I wouldn't blame you for deferring to KRE8R.
Also, I think you should bet less on the flop. MP's hand looks a lot like TT-QQ, and I think you can get a value bet out of him if you go $2.50 instead of jamming pot.
Turn is super standard of course, just an unlucky cooler.
