Once again, villain is laggy. He has usually been raising his draws, at least up to this point(we are about 200 hands in). If he does have flush or higher flush, I dont think he would c/r all in on river, rather make a smaller bet, but tell me what you think

This is a good card to bluff, so naturally one has to consider that. But you also have to ask the eternal question: what has he been calling me with? Its highly unlikely he's floating the flop and the turn. As far as straight draws, the flop only contains an inside one, so more likely than floating, but still probably not. Now, keeping in mind I know very little about this guy lol, I'd have to say his range for calling to the river is something like this: Q w/a good kick, Q10, QJ, any set, or a better flush draw than yours. You also said he'd been raising his draws to this point, the fact that he hasn't raised is another good sign he doesn't have the flush. Imo there are too many other possible hands he could have, plus the fact his river bet is bluff sized; I'm making this call, albeit reluctantly. Oh, plus he's probably not putting you on a flush draw lol.

The flop only has inside straight draws if you leave out KJ and J9. I know neither of those connected, but he could be calling with them up until the river and then possibly think a J is best?

Hm bit of a stretch for him to think J is best there with you 3 barrelling imo, but many things are possible in online poker

Honestly I would have a hard time making that call with a 9 high flush with $86.50 in the pot. Facing a reraise that high on the river.

Even against somebody that has no problem at all stacking off with mid pairs and high cards?

Yea you have to pay him off if he has you beat there and you have that knowledge he'll shove all in with a lot of holdings.
