With the low and draw-y board, I would probably repop the flop just to defend against him c-betting air. There's a good chance you have the best hand here.

6handed and 100bb effective stack I am not sure I see your logic here.

Flop call is fine, now shove turn.

Repopping flop to defend against air is bad logic. Surely if he has air we want him to keep bluffing with it?
Repopping to get value from a flush draw/56/bluff shove or a lower pair is good logic.

so Wota, you're saying you happily stack off here, and if he has QQ/KK/AA then gg?

Right after I had folded the turn I felt I played it horribly, never really representing the strength of my hand on any street.

See, I wouldn't be comfortable calling a second barrel with just jacks. That's why I would want to shut him down on the flop. I don't play much 6-max, though, so I'm a little too nitty for this conversation.

Preflop: depending in MP OR range I will be 3betting here for value alot. Now if MP is tight and has a low PFR (less than 10%) than I can see flatting to set mine. And if this nitty villian is really passive on the turn then I can see a turn fold.

If you want to play it passive flat Turn and reavaluate river, course any heart sucks or A or K or Q or 10, never mind keep it simple and shove T and make him sweat that maybe you flopped a set.

against an average 10nl player shove turn you will get looked up by flush draws, TPTK 109, 77+ 44 & 33 run you hand against that range you will be good a decent portion of the time
