Ok, so I'm starting the grind back at the micros. Everyone is really passive. I've taken the strat. of pretty much play ABC poker because it's a gold mine if you play like that on bodog.
6 handed/ 6 players
sb: xx
bb: xx
HERO: 10.18
mp: xx
lp:6.40
btn :xx
hero dealt: AA
2 folds, hero raises .45, 1 fold, villain call, 1 fold
flop: K 8 6 r
hero bets .60, 1 fold
My question is do you guys like the donk bet on the flop? Most of the players didn't seem like they bluff at pots, but I could have tried as this flop isn't very drawy. Thoughts at this level? Just try and win the pot outright or attempt some type of trap?

Well, that's not exactly a donkbet. It's a continuation bet. And yes, that is completely standard.
I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

Just bet. All the time, until you're raised. Seriously. That's pretty much how you win.

Haha, thanks for the comments ya'll. LOL, the term donk bet makes a lot more sense now. It's when they raise and you bet out...Learn something new everyday. Some reason I just had the impression it was when you were OOP and betting into someone.
