    Is this poor play by me? I honestly thought was standard, and just ran into lucky donk with garbage hand.

    I don't agree with nolowlimit's re-pop preflop, but the rest of that hand is pretty standard. I think you played it well.

    I'm a noob to PLO but isn't your hand worth another raise preflop? I'm only playing on the 2c/5c tables but AAT8 dbl suited is worth jamming in as much money as possible preflop, especially from your pos IMO.

    Not bad. Arguments for 4betting pre-flop because you stack KKxx and QQxx all the time at microPLO.

    Repop it preflop.

    Calling isn't horrible though. As played I think it's fine. Just the PLO variance!!
    For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

    I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

    I think the flop call is more than standard given how unlikely he is to have TT/88 when there is one of each in OP's hand.
