Default JTs on drawy flop and turn

Live game here. UTG+2 limps and I wake up in the hijack with JsTs and raise it to $10. Everyone apart from the BB and the limper folds. The BB has been fairly tight and sensible so far and the limper is a complete fish. I would have a pretty TAG image in the eyes of BB and fish probably hasn't noticed.

    Flop $28: [As,Qc,5s]

    BB ($190) checks, fish ($120) checks, I ($180) check

    Turn $28: [As,Qc,5s],[Jc]

BB bets $25, fish folds. I'm positive he has and ace so I fold. I feel like I played this one like a bit of a wuss even though I was behind all the way.

How was my play on this flop? I figure my options are:

Cbet $25: Either I take the pot down, get called and continue the aggression on a K or spade turn and check if it bricks, get called and lead any turn card (I don't really like this one), or shove on any check/raise.

Check: Hope to hit one of my 12 outs to a straight or flush on the turn and take some money out of the ace with a well concealed near nut hand.

What about on the turn? I could:

Fold: I'm sure I'm behind so I guess it's not too awful.

Call: I think a K, J or spade on the river would win me this pot. T would make things tricky. I'm ranging him on AQs-A2s, AQo-A8o, KQ, KJ, QJ, 55. I'm not sure how big a value bet I could get out of him on average on this river, maybe $40?

Raise to $75: My image is tight and my play looks trappy so I could well fold out A9 and worse + KQ, KJ. If he called and the river bricked I think I'd have to give it up but I'm not sure if this is right. I'd be in too deep here to fold my last $105 to a shove.

Shove: Is this viable here because I think it looks a little desperate?

It probably sounds like I'm trying too hard to devise ways to win pots when I'm losing but I think this may have been a good opportunity to vary from what had been about 2 hrs of fairly ABC TAG poker which is important as 7 out of 10 players at the table were fairly good. I had a tight image, lots of pot equity, a well concealed hand and a good amount of fold equity. I just had so many options flying around in my head and without a clear favourite I defaulted to "I'm losing so I fold". Sorry for the long post but I wanted to explain all the options I was considering.

How would you guys play this hand?
