    Default bet sizing

    just curious
what do you think about the bet sizing in this hand?
this was against a 12/5 player (over 200 hands) so I guessed he had a decent hand (I was thinking AQ at least)
I made a pretty big raise on flop because I though he could have a decent enough hand to call... and dismiss my hand at the same time

do you think I should have bet more on river? it would have worked on this situation, but I wanted him to call with AQ and maybe AJ too

    Don't like the limp preflop.

Flop I'd probably go with $7 but whatever.

    River I shove
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

I prefer folding, then raising, to calling pre.

    Just shove the river.

Flop and turn are fine imo.

    Fold PF.

Flop bet seems fine to me.

    Turn is fine.

    River is a shove.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.
