after he just calls my flop raise, im about 95% sure he has a set. When he called I even said out loud, "he has a set". I still have no choice but to shove the turn cuz the size of the pot compared to my stack, correct?

To illustrate what others have said and will say, think about it this way.
Lets say you are right! Lets say that if you ran this situation out in some sort of poker simulation thing, when your raise gets called here you are beat 95% of the time. Now, I don't think that's right. That's not the point though. The point is, in this hand you entered a situation where you felt that if you raised, you would almost always only get called if you were beat. I think that the flop raise is fine in a vacuum vs this line at nl25. However, you actually made a mistake by raising the flop. Why, if you don't think they call you with straight draws or smaller pairs, would you raise the flop.
Now, I think at nl25 you are going to get a lot of value from worse hands and I would stack off here. But in poker, by the time you get to the river you should have done so logically. Every street, every time the action is on you you must decided with the information you have available you must consider
What hands that i can beat call?
What better hands (if any) will fold to a bet?
So I just think this thread is silly. If your flop raise in your mind gets no value then why are you making it? Just because you hear something might be "standard" in poker doesn't mean you should do it. In poker you don't have to do anything! Keep in mind I still think you played it fine, just trying to get you to think about poker a little differently than you might.
