    I can't really say what villain has here but I'd be stacking off for sure. If he's a bad player then he shows up with a badly slowplayed overpair or just a pair of 9's too often to make me worry about 98 or a set on this flop.

    The flop play suggests a concealed set. Perhaps they limped in with 33?
