I have no serious experience at these stakes but I'd imagine shoving the turn would be fine. Your line is fine too.

I'm one of the worst cash game players you'll ever hear. But in this case I think your bet on the turn was actually good, because:
He might have thought you are only drawing for a flush, called you. When the 5d came off, he maybe put you on a missed draw and thought you were bluffing. I think if you shoved the turn there's a bigger chance of him running away, but it's NL2 @ STARS!..so..yeah I dunno.

I'm thinking the only way pushing the turn is +ev is if he has the ace of hearts with a non-heart, or a smaller made flush, or a set. But given the PF raise, that eliminates many of those hands (even in NL2).
I can see some other hands calling the river like AK, AT maybe, most sets, and AA. But then again, I've seen goofier things happen.
