no way I fold. I insta call even.
why ?
1) How often you see flushes over flushes ? It's not a 4 flush card board here. Let's not start to look for monsters under the bed. Again, I go broke everytime here. He can have a set or a pair with a better flush draw leaving him outs but he's still behind. If he has a better flush, so be it. It happens sometimes.
2) You get the best possible result (or close too) with your suited cards and then you fold ? What flop did you want here ? 6s-8s-10s ?

-wouldn't you play a set the same way ? Say a set of A's or J's ?
-maybe to a lesser extent, A-Ks ?
and the answer to the question is no, not scared, and yes, play 160 BB's.
I can't start to worry all the time and look for reasons to fold because "he may have KQ or J10 spades"

James, I think that if he thinks you flopped big sans spade he can get a fold here.

your line does look strong, but you're also running at 40/30/9 according to your first post
it's close, but I'd be calling here imo

AxKs is a check on the turn in position imo.
Yes I would play sets the same but don't you see the problem with that? If he puts me on a set he is still only shoving a flush unless he thinks im laying down a set here. Yes that flush could be lower than mine, but more often than not it will be higher imo.

to everyone (apart from james obv), bear in mind this is deep stacked and you're calling off almost a buyin on the turn shove.

I don't see folding this 4 handed without much of a read and possibly looking aggro in opponents eys.
I think its close and I would certainly be folding full ring but so often short handed I have been in this spot, reluctantly called all in and laughed that villain has two pair, or pot controlled and flat called a river bet only to see he is vbetting a set.

Doesn't the fact he's looking quite aggro increase the suited combo's that villain will call with preflop thus increasing the likelihood he has a flush?

Not sure it really makes any difference preflop.
Doesnt it increase the likelihood he 3bets KQs and so make that less likely?
I pokerstoved us vs all one gappers 45s+ and all 2 gappers T8s+ and AJ and 22.
Im even ruling out AA and JJ for you since I think they 3bet pre and we are still 66% to win.
