villain was running at 35/9/1 over about 40 hands, I was running 22/20/- on this table so he should view me as a fairly solid TAG although I haven't shown a hand down yet.

Only hand I've played with this villain he limped in to my BB, I raised him with some trashy hand and he folded, he hasn't done it again since.

Should I just be folding this pre flop until I have reads given that I hit a great flop and am still uncomfortable with my hand?

I'd love to fold pre but I have an inability to do that to (almost) min3bets.

Postflop I call flop and re-evaluate turn, most likely folding a blank card to a big bet.

and back to the hand, fold pre, i give limp/rr guys zero action because their range is like KK+ in some cases, and maybe AK. even still you only beat AK here. if they're short i give them JJ+/AK which is much nicer.
