Default PLO25 bottom set on dry flop

Obv no stats cos I'm too tight to buy PT PLO. The table is pretty passive, they love to limp pf and call raises, and from what I've seen there's a ton of drawing going on. I haven't seen anything from the villain that was aggressive, but I've only played maybe 35 hands on the table.

Is this a standard fold or do we just re-pot given the stacks? I figure he has to have JJ/55 here almost every time?

Seat 1: Imperator87. ($43.25 in chips)
Seat 3: Hero ($34.60 in chips)
Seat 9: Jump2006 ($14.45 in chips)
Seat 10: liZZa67 ($25 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
Hero posts blind ($0.25), Jump2006 posts blind ($0.25), liZZa67 posts blind ($0.25).

Hero -

PRE-FLOP
liZZa67 checks, Imperator87. calls $0.25, Hero checks, Jump2006 checks.

FLOP [board cards:
Hero bets $1, Jump2006 bets $4, liZZa67 folds, Imperator87. folds, Hero ?

I get it in here against someone with his stack. He can have J5xx and 67xx fairly often I think. This is one reason why I don't play small pp's in Omaha (obv you don't have any choice in this hand I know)

Not to mention it is PLO 25 so you could even see QQxx+ or AJxx lol

He could also have AAxx or KKxx if he's a donk, or maybe something like AA23 if he's sliiiiiiiightly less donkish.

I probably don't mind stacking off here if we assume he's an idiot.

check-raise the flop next time either min-raise or a little more, you'll get more information about his hand that way. I tend to check-raise bottom and middle set in these spots (where there was no preflop action). If I get 3 bet I'm either up against a bigger set or a huge draw and can just toss my hand for 2 or 3 dollars knowing I made the right play instead of tossing in a buck and second uessing myself for 10 hands.

it's a WA/WB spot so 3betting at all would be really really bad. i'd probably start by calling and then read his soul on the turn

Not totally true. If he has 678x then he has any 3, 6, 7 or 8 which is 12 cards to beat us on the turn.
Calling and then pushing if none of those cards come of on the turn might be a decent play.
