Other than the basics of how the game is played and the rules, don't expect to learn anything useful at the playmoney levels. Get a book on beginners level Hold'em and read it - hopefully your reading skills are better than your writing ones - where you can learn about starting hands, position and other basics. The book reviews on this forum will help you find several to pick from. You also might want to post on the newbies forum until you get a feel for the kind of responces you'll get from questions like that one..
