call/fold are probably on par since you are given good odds and have good equity against his range but you'll be oop post flop. call probably marginally better but if you're not confident just let it go.

Meh, you're given the odds but AK is such a big part of a 3-bettors range you might well be drawing to a Q or a JKT flop.

Here is the thing, I think he does this lite because of the history I stated in the OP and so understanding that I could see him 3betting here with TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, AK, AQ, AJ and possibly even lower. KK, AA and AK are the ONLY three that have me in trouble and the rest probably fold to a bet. If I bet pot he only has to fold a little over half the time to make it profitable. Am I way off here??? I realize this is tough because of the lack of reads. Basically everyone is saying if we know he 3bets light its +EV to bet and if we know he doesnt/not sure we should consider c/c or c/f?

I dunno, I see his 3-betting to keep you honest after your hot run but I think your typical micro player calls rather than raises due to their innate passiveness.

Does he fold 99-QQ if you lead flop? I doubt it.

For me check-raise > leading flop.
If you lead that flop into me I am gonna fold hands like TJs and call with 88 or better.
If you check-raise I am going to cbet a very large % of my range, the vast majority of which cannot call a raise.

However, if you do insist on leading flop I think you have to bet very small and then be prepared to fire again.
Bet literally 1/3pot on the flop because if the guy has a hand he is almst always raising you and if he has even AQ/AJ/44 he will call you, then you 3/4 pot turn and he folds everything worse than a king. This does open you up to getting bluff raised but I'm not giving him credit for that straight away as an unknown NL20 player.

QFT, leading just doesn't make sense here without a set and that's far too narrow a range to be repping on this board in a 3bet pot

I'd not even considered a check-raise.

On a fairly dry flop it makes sense though, if I'm villain and this guy who called my 3-bet checks to me I pretty much have to bet with air.
