Default 100nl AA 3way pot gets raised from "passive" unknown

Villain is 25/8/1 over only 20 hands. Not alot to go on. I've probably only been at the table for 20 hands or so and generally been aggressive but not getting out of line.

How's my line here? I feel this is fairly standard given the stacks but it doesn't hurt to check.

Anyone 3betting the flop? Leading the turn?

$0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem
4 players
Converted at weaktight | fold when you know you're beat (BETA)

Stacks:
Hero ($137.95)
BTN ($134.70)
SB ($80.75)
BB ($158.10)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 4 players) Hero is CO
Hero bets $3.50, BTN calls $3.50, 1 fold, BB calls $2.50.

Flop: ($11, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $8, BTN bets $25, BB folds, Hero calls $17.

Turn: ($61, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $35, Hero goes all-in $109.45

If the turn was a 9-K, are we still playing the same line?

I assume that he had you beat on the flop if he calls the turn.

right/wrong?

The title says he is "passive" cos he has passive stats but it's only over 20 hands. I really don't have anything solid to go on, just he has played passively so far at the table.
