fold, sorry, something feels wrong here (my experience talking). You are a favorite against KQ and KK but not a lot. The only hands you wish he has is AQ, AJ, A10 (or lower pocket pair, but I really don't think he has that)
Betting was fine everywhere

Flop sure looks ugly, but it's a close call imo, we get better than 2:1 here no?

Its real close, but I would make this call. You hopefully will have at least 6 outs (if you're not ahead) and za money looks nice already.

If you're gonna fold to a shove you shouldn't be betting in the first place. Insta call.

I have to recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Yeah I agree with David here. Since you bet you gotta call. Then cry.

That's an icky flop but you've got to call that shove.

Higher stakes against thinking players I would say check mostly. But at 10nl, come on, we are getting action from a ton of hands. KK/AQ/AJ/AT/KQ/KJ/KT/99 are all possible and are never folding ever. I think bet/calling is fine.
