Default 100nl TPTK raised against weird villain

Villain is 11/4/4 over 100 hands. He's just sat down at the table and those stats are datamined. If it means anything I've played a standard TAG game at that table, generally showing down the goods.

His stats worry me a little on the flop, if he was really a bit more laggy (vpip wise anyway) I'd happily 3bet shove this. I dunno, does he ever call with worse if I shove this flop? With a FD out, is the call bad OOP?

As played, bet size on river ok?

$0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem
5 players
Converted at weaktight | fold when you know you're beat (BETA)

Stacks:
UTG ($121.10)
Hero ($102.90)
BTN ($99.10)
SB ($108.65)
BB ($66.15)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 5 players) Hero is CO
1 fold, Hero bets $3.50, BTN calls $3.50, SB calls $3, 1 fold

Flop: ($11.5, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8.50, BTN bets $20, SB folds, Hero calls $11.50.

Turn: ($51.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($51.5, 2 players)
Hero bets $34

I don't think so. You could have a busted flush draw here, maybe AQ. Hell, you're an unknown to him, you could have flopped 2 pair/set and have been going for the bet/call - CRAI

Check/shove or just check/call?
