Default 200nl - bottom 2 BvB facing c/r

villain is 32/14/1, the last orbit I 3bet him from the blinds and folded to his 4bet. Since then I have shown down one hand, a set to stack another player at the table. He doesn't strike me as the sort of player to get out of line very often.

On the flop I feel like we need to 3bet but can we really 3bet/call profitably? Do we get it in if he plays back again on the flop? We seem too strong to fold but then again I've been getting bad beated/coolered a lot recently on WPEX.

What's your bet size for the 3bet and what is your plan if you're called and don't improve?

If you don't 3bet the flop then please say

Seems pretty weak but I actually consider folding here.
I am not comfortable playing for 90bb with bottom 2 pair with a 2bb pot preflop against a player we think is rarely bluffing.
Calling is probably a better option since he can be CRing an overpair but against a player you don't expect to be aggressive or out of line I see no fault in surrendering the small pot here for a loss of $3.

How often is he going to have an overpair here in an unraised pot?

How often is a donkish passivish player going to raise A9o but then decide to open limp with AA in sb vs bb situation to "trap" his opponent and go broke to 2 pair you say?

I raise to $20-ish with calling intent and fire again on a non-diamond or 5/8 turn

his range is pretty h00ge, a set of 6's or 3's is unlikely and I'd imagine he'd have popped you pf if he had 77. he could have an OESD or FD or, worst case scenario, both of those.

I think we can profitably 3bet and then muck it if he comes back over the top. Assuming he made it $10 rather than raising $10 to $13 (not sure how WPEX hh's work) then I make it $27 and fold to a 4bet.

If he's raising a draw or a weak made hand then he's going to be put to the test with a 3bet, calling kinda lets him play correctly and gives him such an easy time. He seems passive though, how many hands we talking about? Folding may not be terrible (nitty but not awful given it's unraised pot).

I call, fire the turn, 20$. I think that would really define where you at. He's probably going to be passive the rest of the hand (no more raising from him) if he does not have the str8 (4-5) or flush. He's probably going to be afraid to raise again (that will cost him at least 50$) with a medium-strong hand (overpair ? 99-1010 ?) on a danger board. If called the turn, I bet 5th st. if river does not complete any draw or does not counterfit our 2 pair, something like 40$.
