He may be a passive donk but he thinks QT is the nuts here.
I also shove.

You said over "not many hands", how many exactly? Cos a small sample means you can pretty much ignore the AF. 56/9 is obv not a good player so he'll overvalue top pair.

tbh I 3bet the flop, don't let him minraise a flush draw and then hit it. He is never folding KQ in a million years.

As played, shovaments.

Of course. Our hand is way under repped given our flop line so he is going to bet a load of garbage on the turn.

As wota said he thinks QT is the nuts here, I see players play QT like this at 200nl all the time.

Why the hell would you call the flop to not get it in on a safe turn?! Like david said, you need a significant sample for AF to be accurate

it's "confusing" playing these kinds of player, but my instincts are, a minraise here, with that kind of player = has at least 2 pairs.
I know it's just a few hands, but still. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a set also.

if he has some sort of a draw, these people just call the bets, not min raise / bet turn.

So call me a pussy I don't mind, but my take on this is fold. If during the session, I see this player being a calling station, it won't take long for me to win back that 2.50 / 5.00$ from him.

I have a rule in my head which is : if in doubt against a weak player, fold. Ask politely to see the hand, which usually they do. And then if he shows, I'll know what was going on in his head. If he don't show, I'll just wait some more and eventually, after some time, you'll figure out what kind of player he is and if you folded a winner. I think I can sacrifice 2.50-5.00 here.

No offence to the higher level players but at NL25 this generally means he is strong. I seriously see calling this over the long run as a leak. I think you are behind most of the time against a villain like this.
