This honestly seems so on the wire I think I just fold. Not much invested in the hand. I get very worried about the guy to act behind me. It feels a lot like win a smallish pot lose a big one.

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

Also, the guy is short, pot is large compared to his stack, i've seen people randomly shove these scary flops with air as a bluff so that can be included in his range of hands i beat.

there's like no hand that has you crushed except for Axhh and his play here is soooo unlikely with that hand. stuff like QhT or 98 no hearts and whatnot make up a ton of his range. it's a gamble-it-up sort of spot where your equity isn't great, but i would say it's definitely at least 44% or whatever it needs to be to make getting it in profitable.

This is probably the most basic hand you posted for a while.
I cant see ever folding here.

Yeah there's really only 2 holdings that worry you, AA with the heart and an ace high flush. These are both so rare in this spot that you have to just go with it. I think your equity is more like 35% or so against a set (would be 40 but you have to account for him filling up), but you're ahead of enough hands here.
