Default NL25: 77 from BB facing 3 bet

CO is 18/15/3 over 500 hands, but seems to be playing more aggressive pre flop tonight, probably like 25/22 I'm guessing, but fairly straight forward tight player post flop. SB is 24/17/6 over about 220 hands, and has 3 bet a few times, but no reason to think he does it lightly, so a monster is very possible here, AK/AQ possible too.

Basically I don't think I'm ahead too often, but I'm wondering what will happen if I call. It's a 10% deposit, but has no guarantees that CO won't repop meaning I'm out 10% straight away. However, given CO's position and image, he won't show up with QQ+ often here, and will call or fold most times.

Do you guys call here, purely set mining a 7, or fold and wait for a better opportunity?

UTG ($23.55)
MP ($31.05)
CO ($25.10)

SB ($25.40)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
2 folds, CO raises to $0.85, 1 fold, SB raises to $2.8, Hero ???

calling 10% of your stack to setmine rarely is a good move, and as you said, it can always be repopped by CO. Fold.

in position if you're the pf raiser you can call a 3bet hu but you can't purely setmine, you need some steal equity. calling here is pretty much spew against two semi decent players, plus peoples 3betting ranges especially from the blinds are usually pretty nitty at these limits.

betters spots to take money, table selection ftw.

Never call here ever.

Folding is standard, but there are times I might squeeze there. Their ranges will be fairly wide given those stats and as long as I've seen them to have fold buttons I might make this $11.50.

But in general, just fold.

Fold, pushing is the 2nd best option. Don't call.

I agree this is a fold.

What's everyone's opinion if OP has 99? TT? JJ?

I'd like to know how often the SB has 3bet from the blinds. If he does it a fair amount (which I'd imagine he would given the numbers), I 4bet TT+ and probably have to go with it. 99, I don't know. I probably repop it depending on how frisky I'm feeling.

Not too keen on ever calling cos it can tempt the CO in with alot given he has position, and that will probably keep SB from cbetting much of a range if there's 3 in the pot.
