Default NL5 - Call this turn all in??

Does this seem like it would be a bad call against this type of villain? He just struck me as the type that would turn over KQ, KJ, or KT as often as a 3 or a FD or something.

Villain is running 54/4/1.63 over 25 hands.

Hmm, what was your thought process with the flop call? I think if I have intention of playing here I just slam it; I don't really like the call. I think a three is pretty unlikely, but I don't know. I probably bite my tongue and make the call here.

I would suspect his minraise on the flop as a sign he has hit the king (with a middle kicker) or has a flush or straight draw, I don't see why he would raise with bottom pair given that his AF labels him a calling station. You definitely should've reraised on the flop, TPTK is way ahead of his range seeing as he is 54/4. I think this type of villain would shove with both TPMK or a draw, when his opponent shows weakness. I call the all-in and freak out when he turns over K3

I would think you have to just bite it and call. I put him on a flush draw with maybe a K. He picks up top pair and a K high flush draw and a blank hits on the turn and he pushes. He could have sucked out on the river of course but IMO I think you gotta call.

Well I honestly thought that against this villain calling his minreraise on the flop was a bit of slowplay. I wanted him to think I was reluctantly calling. I was also curious what he would do when the turn card came out. When he raised allin I was fairly certain he didnt have a 3. I kinda figured that I could get further value out of weaker K's if I just called the flop reraise. I figured if I shoved he would probably just fold and weak K.

If your flop call was a slow play then I'm not sure what you are asking as you got exactly what you wanted

What I was asking was is this a decent call against this villain on the turn? I am trying to refine my understanding of reading the board in addition to what I put my villain on. I am wondering if its a huge mistake or if this is considered standard.

You called the flop because you thought you were ahead and were giving your opponent the chance to hang himself, which he did on the turn. Everything went to plan so stick to it and snapcall.
