i'd call after raising the river but the raise is bad as you seem to know

I'm not a huge fan of the river raise because what lesser hand are you expecting to pay you here? Maybe in some rare cases an A3 would, but you're likely just going to either split the pot or be beat. And if you're gonna split the pot, you're just adding to the rake by raising.

As played I would've called the reraise as well.

yeah call.

just calling the first one is better, i'd expect a split in most cases.
