Totally depends on villains stats. If he 3bets loose or is simply very LAG then calling the preflop 3bet is fine IMO. Otherwise I cbet the flop for $1 and if he shoves I fold and if he calls I reevaluate on the turn.

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

I actually prefer calling is he is very tight. We are getting very marginal odds to chase a set so we want to stack him as often as possible when we hit.

I don't know what you want to achieve by calling against a LAG. Sure he can have a wide range but we are more than likely to see at least one overcard on the flop and our 9s will struggle facing heat in a re raised pot unimproved.

yp, do you not use PT? If not, wtf?

lol...I guess this is true. I also didnt realize that you cant cbet the flop when you just called a 3bet preflop. Hah.

I do use PT sometimes, but for some reason PT seems to hate my comp so whenever it is firing to load the hands every minute it lags like a mofo.

Call is ok pf. Tighter they are the better really cos you're more likely to get the stack when you hit the flop hard.

As played it completely depends on reads imo for the flop. If they're tight enough to get rid of TT-QQ on that board you can have a go at them and if they're loose enough to tag along with AQ etc. then it's also good. Generally without reads I prefer checking and trying to see a cheap showdown. It also lets them bluff later streets when they may have folded to a flop bet.

But yeah, it depends.
