I find a lot of donks like to stick in a minbet on a paired flop like that to try and scare you off and take the pot early. He's probably playing with nothing so I'd bet half the pot of the turn, then check behind on the river if called. I don't think this is a very good way to play it, but that's what I do, lol.

Meh, I dont mind the queen its the flop lead that scares me. He either has a T or a 9 IMO. I check behind on Q because that gives us a free card to a straight, and if he has a T he is calling any bet anyway. It's just a more conservative approach. Plus if he has trip Tens and we make a straight he is almost certainly paying us off. Any way you slice it I think our hand is marginal until we hit a straight or another J for a boat on the river. I wanna see that river so I check. If he shoves over us on turn we are obviously folding IMO. I also wouldnt be surprised to see him flip over AA or KK at the end too.
