Default NL10 flopped the nuts, what to do on the river?

Apologies darlings, for I have neither reads nor converted HH. I did my best though. Anyways, what do you do on this river?

================================================== =======

Seat 1: Hero ($9.85 in chips)
Seat 2: BTN ($10.10 in chips)
Seat 3: SB ($9.85 in chips)
Seat 4: BB ($9.20 in chips)
Seat 5: UTG ($8.45 in chips)
Seat 7: UTG+1 ($7.60 in chips)
Seat 8: MP1 ($14.65 in chips)
Seat 9: MP2 ($1.50 in chips)
Seat 10: MP3 ($3 in chips)

PRE-FLOP: Hero is CO with
UTG calls $0.10, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.10, Hero calls $0.10, BTN folds, SB calls $0.05, BB checks.

FLOP: ($0.5, 5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP3 bets $0.10, Hero bets $0.35, SB calls $0.35, 2 folds, MP3 calls $0.25.

TURN : ($1.65, 3 players)
SB checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets $1, SB calls $1, MP3 folds.

RIVER ($3.65, 2 players)
SB bets $1, Hero ???

How much do you bet here? Working of course on the assumption that he doesn't have JJ, which would be hilarious.

I would have liked him to have 88 and the fall on the turn but such is life. Is this river bet a frustrated bluff?

CLARIFICATION: I'm not considering folding here in case any of you thought that. I'm wondering how much to raise.

Raise to $4. If he shoves its a shitty spot but can't see folding with no reads at Nl10.

Obv I'm no full ring guy but is this not a standard raise pf?

I make it 50c on the flop, potentially makes it alot easier to get someone's stack later on and the board is so draw heavy I'm expecting some action so may as well get max value out of it.

I'd bet like $1.25 on the turn, although it is a pretty shitty card. I still expect ALOT of worse hands to call.

Generally at these levels, if it looks like a block bet it probably is so I raise this 100% of the time on the river. It really really sucks if he shoves on us though. I'd make it $3.50 and watch him call 7x/Jx and maybe an 8. While it is possible, his line isn't consistent with a 66/77/88/78/76 as they should really raise flop or turn (but I suppose at this level they do love to slowplay).

If he donk bet/shoves, we're screwed.

It's not a standard raise preflop at full ring or even 6max vs 2 unknowns in my opinion. A raise is acceptable but I want to know more about the guy UTG. Limp-reraising with monsters is pretty common as is limp-calling with a hand as strong as TT which is rarely folding to a flop cbet.

Yeah agree in a limped pot we should just be betting pot on flop and more on turn too.

Two limpers, no reads = donks until proven otherwise at this level I think. If nothing else you will have a couple of reads after raising this, because you'll most likely get at least one caller and then get to see how they react to a cbet on a draw heavy board (which they'll assume you'll only have a pair or flush draw on after the PF raise).

Raise the river to $3-$4. He'll call with just about anything, including a full house I think. ie he's limped, check/called, check/called, raised, i don't think he's pushing here even if he has the nutz.
