Default NL10 TPTK playing scared?

In general no, I was not playing scared, but this guy had been playing very steady, betting and calling when ahead post flop (only a few orbits). Stats say 40/10/1 though I didn't have them on me then.

After the obvious cbet, I just got the feeling this was one of those times I don't want my entire stack in for TPTK. I guess that's the definition of playing scared.

Also the Q is a huge scare card on the turn, as AQ was one of the few hands I could have really dominated without that card. If the turn was a low card I was definitely double barrelling here, either way, was always going to bet the river if he checked there.

I don't like your turn check. TPTK on an unco-ordinated(ish) board is good, bet it.

On the turn I'd rather bet and fold to a c/r, or if called, check behind on river or call a small bet, folding to anything significant

Bet the turn imo, and take this guy to valuetown.

I'd like this line more against a tricky opponent who is capable of c/r the turn with monsters and complete trash and also will fire the river alot if you check the turn behind.

Against this guy, it's bet bet bet imo.
