Default NL10 QQQ on three-flush board

No reads on villain but it's NL10, assume he runs 65/3/0.2

Stack sizes:
Button: $14.45
Hero: $31.20
BB: $5.55

Pre-flop: (3 players) Hero is SB with
Button calls, Hero raises to $0.45, BB calls, Button calls.

Flop: ($1.35, 3 players)
Hero bets $1, BB folds, Button calls.

Turn: ($3.35, 2 players)
Hero bets $3, Button raises to $10, Hero ???

Someone reassure me that I was right to get it all in here.

flop bet looks exactly like what a donk would bet on had he been playing a flush draw. turn kinda solidifies this for me, but its also 3 handed so im somewhat torn. Im gonna go ahead and shove this too for the sake of making a crying call lol. But just to keep in mind ive seen these same flop bets on drawing boards, and donks almost use this as a half-assed block bet or something. Turn raise kinda screams flush to me. tough call

Feel like this could go either way, situation dependent

None, he'd only just come onto the table. I'll edit the OP.

all in is fine with just 3 players. if you want to play it cautious you just call and hope for the boat but he has no money left anyway. i would shove.

That is one position where I'd actually consider folding trip queens. If you get out now you only invested a minimum amount, whereas if you chase this, you could lose half your stack and are ahead of AQ/44/88, maybe AK is stupid enough to do this or it's a bluff. There isn't enough for me that we are ahead of, even with a full house possibility on the river.

Saying that I don't think I've ever folded trip queens

Without a read, I call. You've got ten outs if you're beat and a good portion of the time you're ahead. If he made the call on the flop chasing a flush, you can plan on getting your money back soon, surely.
