I'd raise a little more pre flop, like 45c to 55c. If he folds that's OK, but quite often you'll still be called by someone who is behind.

On the flop, you have to bet. You are behind about 3 or 4 decent hands here (AA/KK/JJ/TT) but quite often you'll be miles ahead of hands such as AK/AQ/AJ/AT. Bet 3/4 pot or more, so like 50c or more. If he check raises, he may actually have you beat, but you still have to shove as quite often he'll turn over AJ/AT.

But on that board shoving QQ is a very good thing, and should win a lot of money long term.

I agree with a larger raise PF and betting on the flop. Preflop you are giving him decent odds to play with a speculative hand (suited connectors e.g.) and on the flop you don't want to give him a free card, make him pay incorrect odds if he wants to chase a draw.

Grailer I suggest you read "The Theory of Poker" and "Small Stakes Hold'em" by David Sklansky, it will really open your eyes as to how to play to win in the long run.
