After your 3 bet pf this is standard imo.

I think you should try playing 5-6 handed games T-Bird.
Both this and the 99 hand would be perfectly fine at a 5-6 handed game but are perhaps a little over aggressive at full ring.

Post flop I wouldn't fold with the nut draw and such a big pot but I am not sure you needed to build this pot so much preflop with AQ.

I think I may well take your advice Wota. 6 handed games may well be more suited to me. So does it go UTG, MP, CO, Button, SB, BB in 6-handed then or is MP disregarded for UTG+2 or MP2 intstead of CO?

It is standard to call the seats at a 6max game: UTG, MP, CO, BTN, SB, BB.
5 handed: UTG, CO, BTN, SB, BB.
