I probably flat call flop. We are in a 4 way limped pot on a pretty coordinated flop. I don't want to build a big pot here with TPTK and if the turn is a bad card its easy enough to let the hand go. In my opinion if you are raising and intending to fold to a 3bet on the flop then you are bluffing with TPTK, if you are intending to get all in on that flop with TPTK it is overplaying the hand.
Once you see that turn against a guy who started the hand with just 43bb top 2 pair is an auto-all in

I have trouble with these hands cause they often look better than they are. Understand that (at NL10 especially) people limp with PP a LOT. My immediate assumption is that someone may have made a set with this flop. I am less concerned about a straight but it is a concern. Anyway I also call the flop bet because of the reasons Wota said instead of raising. Dont build a big pot with TPTK when your TP is a 9. Honestly this has saved me a lot of money. Another thing that concerns me is that the board is fairly coordinated so that is also a reason to simply call the flop. See what the turn brings and reevaluate from there. Again, as Wota said, this turn is an instant allin against that villain. The fact that he had a set is of no concern. He got lucky.

I actually wanted to shove over the top but it wouldn't let me, all I could do was call.

The hand converter is messed up. It means after the cards were shown and he lost he mucked.
