NL10 Flopped full house- seriously, what's the best way to play these?
Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10

Converter
Stack sizes:
UTG: $17.10
UTG+1: $4
UTG+2: $9.90
MP1: $7.55
Hero: $11.10
MP3: $13.95
CO: $5.40
Button: $15.80
SB: $1.80
BB: $12.50
Pre-flop: ( 10 players) Hero is MP2 with
UTG calls, 2 folds, MP1 calls, Hero raises to $0.4, 2 folds, Button calls, 3 folds, MP1 calls.
Flop: ( $1.45, 3 players)

Hero checks, Button checks.
River: ( $2.05, 2 players)

I know obviously I can't expect to double up every time I flop a monster but it seems like I don't get much value out of them.

Bet.
That's a great flop to cbet on, and you'd do it with 67o so why not do it when you hit a monster? Someone's going to have a tough time folding a mid pair on that board, get some value. I like the bet/call and then CRAI on the turn line. bet/3bet shove is fine as well but you need to have an aggro image.
As played lead turn, you have to build the pot otherwise you will never get his stack. You made it far too easy for him to see a cheap showdown.
Bet bigger on the river as well, $1.50 or so.

^ agreed, you know you would cbet that flop if you had AK or something, so bet the same as you would with AK when you actually have a monster. Also helps if you have been caught cbetting with ace high before

One of the biggest errors new but fairly decent players make in poker is slowplaying. I have made posts about this before but seriously poker is a very easy game if you just try and get as much money in the pot as possible with big hands. Slowplaying should be reserved for specific sitatuions against specific opponents not because you are afraid of getting any action.
As the other guys said you are betting AA on this flop, you are betting AK on this flop so just bet all 3 streets and hope to get called. If the guy has 67o now much you can do about that but if he has TT and is going to play it passively we need to be betting all the way to get paid.
