Default NL10 AKs vs. flop shove

Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10
9 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is SB with
2 folds, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, Hero raises to $0.5, BB calls, MP1 calls, CO folds.

Flop: ($1.6, 3 players)
Hero bets $1.5, BB folds, MP1 raises to $3.2 Hero ???

Nut flush draw + two overs + Only $1.7 more. Call or no? Worst case scenario he has but how unlikely is that? A set is what I'm worried about here, but who calls/folds this and why?

Hero calls, Villain shows A7o.

Turn is a K and then to add insult to injury river is a spade.
