This guy has played every hand (all 10 of them), and lost about $2.75 with some very average holdings. I couldn't resist the push on the flop. Extremely spewy?

Sounds like he is tilting, or just bad in general, or both.
He has already bet just about half is stack so I cant really see him not putting it all in here even with nothing but a pair of 7's.
I would probably fold to the cbet and wait for a better moment, you know he will push again with a marginal hand anyway.

If you reckon he's playing too many hands preflop just pop him all in pf.
As played it seems a little spewy given we probably have zero fold equity but you have a fair few outs so it could be worse (i'm too hungover to do the maths).

Nice, a call preflop here is too weak against a wide range, it gives him a chance to hit anything, and I'm probably ahead of most of his range if he calls.
As it was I had 4 less outs than I thought, he had QJo, but I was still well ahead when I pushed. Still not happy with the play though.
