Default NL10 77 Fire the turn or play it like a pussy?

Looking back I don't think a turn bet makes any sense unless I was "going for a check-raise" on the flop.

I called it PF OOP 'cos I figured setmining potential in a >$1 pot was mahusive.

Check-fold all 3 streets.
4 people see a flop and you have 77 with 2 overs, no need to put in any money.
You should even be folding 77 to a bet on a 542 flop in a 4 way pot at most full ring game.

Check/folding is not playing this like a pussy, it is playing it well. You are thinking FAR too aggressive for full ring. You just aren't folding everyone out here by betting and our hand is crap! We don't even have middle pair for goodness sake! You should not be thinking about bluffing a 4way pot at full ring with an UTG raiser and that flop, it just isn't worth it!

At full ring you are playing for a set and a set only with this type of hand (unless you cheaply or freely complete a straight).

A bet on this turn is fucking disgusting.

agreed with the above. pf call is fine, as if you spike a set, you're going to cash in a monster. There are few instances you should be thinking about raising a missed flop with a low pp, and two overs with four people is definitely not one. You will get called and be drawing to two outs.

Yes it is. I tried being a little brash in my post to hopefully make it sink in more!

I want to be wota, all that power

BTW, played fine, good call PF, no need to bet after, especially with an Ace, where someone here must have Ace rag.
