Default 50nl cbetting the 3bet pot

Villain was 40/15/3 or something datamined. I had been at the table for about 50 hands and not really got out of line but I've been fairly aggressive. I'm probably about 17/14 or something.

I've seen enough from this guy that I can 3bet him light and he does have a fold button inspite of playing far too many hands preflop. He INSTA called the 3bet though. Given that info, how often do we cbet this flop % wise?
